Korea Number One is an online shop for Korean snacks shipped to selected destinations.

Prices
Prices are shown in USD.
The amount due at checkout includes product prices and the shipping fee calculated for your selected destination.
Orders
Placing an order creates an order record with your shipping details and selected items.
An unpaid order is a pending reservation, not a completed purchase.
Payment
An order moves beyond a pending reservation only after payment is completed.
We do not collect card numbers on this website. Additional payment options may be added later.
Inventory and Availability
Orders may be limited by available stock and current reservations.
If an item is sold out, reserved by another pending order, or otherwise unavailable, checkout may be limited or declined.
Shipping
We ship to destinations currently available at checkout. Shipping fees are shown before payment.

Customs and Import Rules
International orders may face customs review, duties, taxes, or food import restrictions in the destination country.
These rules are set by the destination country and can delay or prevent delivery of some items.
Cancellations
If you are signed in, you may cancel a pending unpaid order from your order page.
A pending reservation is currently held for about 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in time, the reservation may expire and the items may become available to others.
Paid-order cancellation is limited and handled separately. It is not a complete self-serve refund system.
Refunds
Refund procedures may depend on payment method and order status.

You are responsible for activity on your signed-in account. Please keep access to your Google account secure.
Limitation of Service
We may limit quantities, pause checkout, or decline an order when stock, shipping, or account issues prevent fulfillment.
